Alison Krauss

Alison Krauss has been a country artist for more than 30 years. Her birthplace was in Decatur IL on the 23rd day of July in 1971. She and LeAnnekymes were among the youngest Grammy Award winners. Alison Maria Krauss (born July 23 1971) is an American bluegrass-country singer and musician. She began to work in the business of music from a young age. at the age of 10 years old, she took part in local contests, and then recorded her first album. In 1987, she released her debut solo album following signing with Rounder Records. The album was also a part of the group Alison Krauss Union Station where she continues to perform. Later, in 1989 her debut solo album was released together with them.
