Ani Difranco

Angela Maria Ani DiFranco, an American-Canadian singer and songwriter. Her catalog includes more than twenty albums. The music of DiFranco is classified as folk and alternative rock but she also draws influences of hip-hop and jazz. Ani Difranco is believed as a feminist icon as well as a Grammy award-winning. As one of women's first artists of the 1990s, DiFranco created her record label. DiFranco was a born on the 23rd of September 1970 in Buffalo New York. Her parents were Elizabeth (Ross), from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) as well as Dante Americo DiFranco. Her mother was born in Montreal and her father is of Italian heritage. Ani diFranco was the composer and singer of the track 32 Flavors. The song is featured on her album Not a Pretty Girl released in 1995.
